The Must-Know Facts
Our
living environments have been severely polluted. Air pollution,
Water Source pollution by Chlorine, foods pollution by pesticides
and herbicides, all kinds of magnetic-electric waves in the air,
pressures and improper diet are threatening our health.
According
to the report from American Cancer Society:
The chance for a man to develop cancer in his
lifetime is 45.59%, for a woman is 38.18%. (Original
document)
295,280 men and 275,000 women will die from
cancer in 2005. (Original
document)
According
to the report from American Heart Association:
The chance for an American to develop Cardiovascular
Disease is 34.3%.
According to the report from American
Diabetes Association:
The chance for an American to develop Diabetes is 7% (Original

It
takes about 15-20 years to develop chronic illness or cancer. Without
symptom now, does not mean that it will not happen in the future. We
cannot ignore the warning signal from our bodies such as high blood pressure,
high glucose level, migraine, obesity and etc. If we just take some medicines
to alleviate the symptom without taking actions to fix the real problems,
after few years, certain chronic illness or cancer will be developed.
Our living environments
have been severely polluted. Mass amount of chemicals are used and left
in the foods, water and air. Once these chemicals enter into our body,
they will degrade and even destruct some of the body system functions.
More and more studies reveal that chemical pollutions
are strongly related to chronic illness and cancers. These chemicals
include pesticides, fertilizers, and herbicides left in the vegetables
and fruits, antibiotics and hormone left in the meats; chlorine in the
water, heavy metal in the seafood, and even medicines. In addition, pressures,
lacking in exercise, foods with high cholesterol, high sugar and less
fibers create even more burden to the body system and cause illness. Most
of us take some medicines to alleviate the symptoms. That results taking
more and more medicines and eventually becomes chronic illness. The minor
disease symptom is a warning signal from the body. We just need to take
actions to fix the real problems until the warning signal is gone.
Chemicals and heavy
metals accumulating in the body system will degrade some of the body system
functions. When excretory system degrades, more and more waste will deposit
in our body. When body system cannot excrete extra fat, fat deposits in
the body cause obesity, and fat deposits in the blood vessel cause blood
vessel clots and stroke. Chemicals and heavy metals also cause cells mutation
to develop cancers. That is happening in our body systems. Without symptom
now, does not mean that it will not happen in the future.
To
gain our health, first step is to cleanse the body systems. There
are many ways such as nature herbs, exercises, nature food remedies, and
etc. Meanwhile, reducing the amount of chemicals entering into body, keeping
healthy living habits, maintaining good mood will help body system function
correctly, boost up immune system. Good health is not tough to reach.
We
are not doctor to diagnose and treat diseases. But we provide ways to
cleanse the
body systems and to reduce
the amount of chemicals entering into body.
Chlorine
and chemicals in tap
water can cause cancer
The American Journal Of Public Health, in 1992, published the results
of a ten year study that showed how chlorine in our water caused significant
increases in certain types of cancer and stated that up to 2/3 of our
harmful exposure comes from skin absorbing and inhalation of steam while
showering. A report recently released by the EPA said "Virtually
every home in America has a detectable level of chloroform gas in the
air due to chlorine and showering."
Bottle
water is not a safe choice
The Natural Resources Defense Council report concluded that; "Therefore,
while much tap water is indeed risky, having compared available
data, we conclude that there is no assurance that bottled water
is any safer than tap water."
Bottled water is not necessarily safer than your tap water. EPA sets standards
for tap water provided by public water systems; the Food and Drug Administration
sets bottled water standards based on EPA's tap water standards. Some bottled water
is treated more than tap water, while some is treated less or not treated at all.
Bottled water costs much more than tap water on a per gallon basis.
Pesticide
residue on fruit and vegetables can cause cancer
Studies showed that pesticides have been linked to cancer, reproductive
problems, and neurological disorders and can be especially harmful to
children and the elderly. Moreover,
the meats we eat contain high level of antibiotics and growth stimulants.
May
everybody have a better and healthier life.
